[Solid_daq] Low Energy Background rate on the Light Gas Cherenkov

Hi everyone,

As promised, I have some new results for my latest Low energy background
rate calculation on the LGC.  You can find the numbers on the wiki at:

I'm also running more simulation now with the the first baffle inner
radius = 5cm, and no beampipe/absorber.
