[Solid_ec] MAPMT summary

Dear All

If we need the VFE and FE cards, can LHCb cards be used directly?
If so, maybe we can buy from LHCb and do some test to verify it?
Assume our total channels for readout is about 2000, we only need about 
32 of these boards to work.
