[Solid_ec] Scintillator pad detector for SBS GEP

Hi, Jin and others
This is for Gep5 SBS electron arm.
The calorimeter is in the arm is the one we are talking about to
collaborate.
I have asked Bogdan before about the coordinate detector, but didn't
know they have MaPMT for readout and the test.
On their slide 34, they showed gain and width of averaging over 16
pixels. Sothey should have results for every pixel to look at.
I didn't see they mention anything about front end electronics for the
MaPMT testing,
It would be be nice if we can use these and we need to talk to them.
