[Solid_ec] updated SIDIS rate

hi, All

As Jin suggested, I use much safer 100% EC MIP trigger instead of the 95% .
The charged particle trigger rate change from 16Mhz to 16.5Mhz
The coincidence rate changes from 78kHz to 81kHz
The slides are updated
