[Solid_ec] Fwd: Re: MAROC readout from H8500 PMT

Hi Alexandre,

The MAROC3 would be a natural choice for us to readout the MaPMTs 
considering the cost, expertise and support available from JLab. 
Attached is the readout section extracted from the latest CLAS12-RICH TDR.
