We will hold our next EC meeting tomorrow, Feb. 16th. To keep the meeting time under control, I added time allocation to each topic in the agenda below.

Status update: (15 min)
-- access Feb. 14th (5 min)
-- run list Feb. 15th (10 min)

Analysis update: (<45min)
-- Ye's finding from 2/12 high-current TS4 runs (focus on what's relevant for the 2/15 runs and moving forward) (10 min)
-- findings from the new Feb. 15th runs (Tim, Xinzhan/Jimmy, all) (30 min)
-- decoder status (5 min)

Moving to 20 deg (1hr)
-- 20 deg simulation (Ye) (15min)
-- work plan for the move to 20 deg (Mike) (15min)
-- discussion of goals and trigger setup for 20 deg test (<15min)
-- iteration of work plan, any time allocated for check out? (15 min)
