We will hold our next EC meeting tomorrow, Feb. 23rd. We will follow roughly the following agenda:

Pre-switch update (5-10) minutes 

Switching to 20 deg installation:
-- overview (10 min)
-- GEM (10 min)

Analysis update: all (focusing on runs taken at 20 deg)
-- what is working and what not (GEM? trigger? MIPs? thresholds?)
-- analysis details

Run plan for 20 deg.
