[Solid_software] new simulation file location

Sorry, the file location is moved again.
I hope this time it is for long term

from
/volatile/halla/solid/sim/solid_gemc
to
/cache/halla/solid/sim/solid_gemc

They have been backup on tape at matching location
/mss/halla/solid/sim/solid_gemc

The latest files are pinned on cache for max allowed 60 days.
If you need older files, let me know.
