[Solid_software] file loss on volatile and solid disk space update

Hi, All

Unfortunately we have some large files loss on volatile.
They are not very old files, but because exceeding quota, auto deletion 
process from CC deleted with no warning even when they are not very old 
to make room
Please check yours and backup thing you want to keep on tape ASAP.

Note how solid tape location is organized when you do backup.
