[Swreq] Software support Hall C BCM Receivers

Hall C has requested that BCM receivers for IBC3H04A,B,C that were decommissioned after the last run be brought back on line. These are PC104 2CH Receivers that read back current and provided DAC outputs to the Hall C users. These are not part of the "OPS" BCMs used in the accelerator. S. Windham is in the process of reinstalling the hardware (located in the Hall C control room). Originally the Hall wanted this system ready for the Sept run but now they are requesting completion for the engineering run in in 3 weeks. I will talk with J. Musson and get the path of the old screens, think S. Windham has already requested IP addresses for the receivers.
