[Ted_55] Three Wheel Work Bike Announcement

The following message is from Rusty Sprouse.  Take note of the safety 
rules at the bottom.

Three wheel work bikes have been purchased in order to provide 
additional alternative transportation for lab personnel.The bikes are 
industrial strength with a load capacity of 500 pounds.They are equipped 
with a rear storage cabinet for safe transport of small items or equipment.

Two of these three wheel bikes  will be placed in the High Bay today.A 
total of four of these bikes will be located by the bicycle racks in the 
TED High bay within the next two weeks.

A clipboard and sign out sheet are attached to the caged fencing in the 
middle of the bay.Each bike has its own identifier located on its rear 
storage cabinet. (ie. B1)Use this identifier when signing one out.Make 
sure to return the bike back to the area by the clip board.

Some rules

  * A bike helmet or hard hat should always be worn.
  * Use bikes only during daylight hours
  * No three wheel bikes are to be taken off Lab property.
