[Ted_55] Additional Carts at the TED

**Four additional carts have been placed at trhe TED building for use bu 
building occupants.  These carts (#s 8,9,10 and 14) have not been 
assigned to any specific group.

The keys have been placed in the 1st floor electronic key box with 
building occupants having access.  If there are questions or any 
[problems with access, please contact Manny Nevarez and he will provide 
them with a pin number that will be entered into the system as quickly 
as possible.
