Good morning,

We're on the same page -- I went through the same paper after the meeting and updated the Overhead calculations. With 100e15 (or, actually, I used 80e15 since that was about the figure in the paper), the target material looks like it only will need to be changed once for each experiment, which significantly reduced the number of TEs and thus the overhead to be in line with the original proposal. I'll get the updated GANTT charts in the document later today.

It looks like ND_3 can take doses of at least 5. E16 e/cm^2, even up to 10. E17. Data are from SLAC E143-155 and JLab GEn E93-026 {15}^ND_3. I would think {14}^ND^3 may be even more resistant.
