Hello Adam,

My understanding is that the cryomodule in the CMTF will be complete this Friday and start to warm up. That being said it appears there will be a window between Monday Nov24 and Dec 3 for you to do the work. We can confirm on Friday this week to plan a day or two.

Phil

Hi Adam,

We may energize MOLELR TM4 from Dec 4 to Dec 12. Any other days should be fine with us. But please let me know once the day is chosen to perform LCW maintenance.

Thanks

Eric

Subject: [Testlablcwusers] LCW System Calibrations

Good Morning,

We (Facilities) would like to perform the annual calibration on the controls for the TL LCW system. While controls are being calibrated, system DP control will be placed into manual, as well as system temperature and conductivity will deviate from normal. With DP control in manual, if a flow path is isolated or open, pressure will deviate from normal. Conductivity and temperature will be lower than normal setpoints as control valves are stroked across their full operating range. Calibrations in years past have been completed during one day shift, is there a day (days) that users can support so this task can be coordinated with the subcontractor?

Thanks.
