After HV processing at 72 kV for some time, the attempt was made to lower the voltage to 0 kV and switch to the updated software. The new software was unable to run due to an unhandled exception in the path allowing Ethernet connection "...ST GUI\ComType.dat". Wanting to continue processing while that issue gets resolved, I returned to using the old software on the laptop and began stepping up the voltage again. At 66 kV there occurred an arc that tripped the system. After recovering the system, another fault accord at 18 kV. Following this last fault, we have not been able to remotely connect with the power supply.
