[Tgun] [New Logentry] T-Gun: HV Supply, Not Operational In Local Control

PSS put a plug on the HV output, removed the PSS control and replaced the jumpers to allow for local operation. The system does not respond to local control inputs via the dials. The display panels flash and read out seemingly random values. In short, the HV power supply does not work.
