[Tgun] [Revised Logentry] Cathode filament short circuit (not true - see later log)

Mark tested the cathode with the plug and the transmission line - both show a short on the filament connections. We should see a reading of around 6 Ohms but see 1Ohm. ****** See later log entry - 1 Ohm cold is ok*******

Components on the hot deck check out though - 
Power supplies operating ok 
RF looks good, so fiber still ok too.

Fay to contact CPI for cathode advice and quotes.

We'll put the gun back to a HV condition and try to get the HVPS up again for now.
