It's possible to operate with grounded grid, just need to set the cathode bias. This is actually how Xelera intended us to run. This didn't work for us yesterday though, so needs more invesitgation

If the grid is not electrically isolated, I think we have a problem.  Whether per CPI design or some mishap, if the grid is not electrically isolated, I don't see how things will work
