[Theory-seminars] problem receiving emails [Solved]

Dear all,
you may have experienced problems with your jlab email since it was moved to Office 365.
You may even not be aware than you haven’t received some emails.

After being convinced that I was missing emails, I finally found a way to retrieve them.
They were going into ‘quarantine’ (not in spam, emails there are visible).
Here is the link to access to you quarantine folder:

Threat management —> quarantine

Once you have identify senders that may (for some unknown reasons) go to this hidden quarantine folder,
you will need to include them in the ‘safe senders list’.
To access to this list, go to Office 365 online https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__outlook.office.com_&d=DwIGaQ&c=lz9TcOasaINaaC3U7FbMev2lsutwpI4--09aP8Lu18s&r=60nExCXZj9SCzny0kAZk-AjVzjr42OsgTZnvcFFHHk8&m=IWU0WTNq2c4x_FvY_8hZGFoUu7uhlCLV07RQ3ySn7ok&s=rgJuqa3rKXUrtXs0ZVCM9F-p7ksl1g30Mg679csjdck&e= 
click on ‘settings’, the gear icon on the top right corner.
click on ‘mail’ at the bottom on the column
click on ‘Block or allow’
Then you can add these email to your safe sender list.
