Abstract:
The three-body problem is ubiquitous in nuclear physics and it has plagued the community for decades now. I will discuss the manifestation of this problem in lattice QCD and nuclear phenomenology. In addition, I will review our on-going efforts to solve this problem in a model-independent fashion both inside and outside of the box.
