[Tpe] Mont's presentation to JSA

Hi,

 It is very important to find out asap if the experiment will run this 
year. The travel schedules of several people depend on it, and we are 
about to spend a lot of money on calorimeter pmt's that we might delay 
if the experiment will be in later years.
