[Tpe] TPECal nomenclature

Hi Mauri,
I discussed some of the Calorimeter and Fiber monitor stuff with
Sergey today and he mentioned that he'll be using the following
conventions for the ADC and TDC banks:
TPE Calorimeter: TPE0 or TPE1 (for ADCs, and TDCs)
Dense Fiber Monitor: DFM (just TDCs)
Sparse Fiber Monitor: SFM (just TDCs)
Do you think this is appropriate or desires revision?
