[Tpe] Tuesday update and dnesday meeting

Hi All,
	The surveying of the chicane magnets should be (or is) done today.  We 
should be prepared to stack the shielding tomorrow afternoon. Cables for 
the TPECal have been rounded up so we should be able to get it hooked up 
and taking cosmic data tomorrow.
	We will have our 9:00 AM meeting again on Wednesday in the cafeteria.
