  Here are the results of Cristian's study for the case when particles 
are 'killed' just below the floor level. The simulations are nearly done 
that do not have this approximation.

Hi Will,

I have obtained results for the new configuration and geometry. I wrote 
again the analysis scripts for the new geometry and everything looks ok.

The results are in the attachment and are the followings:

all_volumes.png: histogram for all the the sensitive volumes that were hit.
DC.png: DC volume distribution which were hit.
tof.png: TOF volume distribution which were hit.
mothe_position_distribution.png: Position distribution from where the 
particles that hit the sensitive volumes were born.
track_final_implementation.txt: Trace-Back results(same idea than before)
trajectories_final_implementation.root: histogram with the summary of 
the track_final_implementation.txt file
volumes_shifted_good.txt: New volume codification for Trace-Back results.
volumes.txt: New volume codification for volume(all_volumes.png, DC.png, 
tof.png) results.
