Hi Larry, Dasuni,

I think the DC needs to be done for a few more runs - usually it's 3 to 5 runs but given our torus polarity changes maybe more.

The values I see on her plots seem reasonable. High, but they're not all over the place, meaning the fit is working. Also, don't forget that once Dipak has nice local angle cuts in place for the runs he's calibrating, Dasuni could put those in - right now there is no local angle cut in the residual fits.

The EC timing is not calibrated. The RF should be calibrated too. 

Dasuni, could you put straight vertical lines (color coded) for the polarity changes in all the plots? I think those will be very interesting.
