[Tpe] TPE monitoring page

Hi Larry and Dasuni,

Please see my remark regarding the positive polarity run
reconstruction in the previous email. I believe these results to be
bogus as the polarity for the new files was completely wrong during
reconstruction. So, please pardon our dust.
