[Tpe] Q2 vs epsilon Preliminary Statistics

Dear Robert,

  Is there any progress in looking at the back angle TOF's? If there is 
a big trigger bias in the case that the threshold is too high, we may 
not be able to use the data taken with that condition because we may not 
be able to model the trigger adequately.
