[USJHPE] [EXTERNAL] Proposal to US-Japan exchange program in hadronic physics and QCD

Dear Kyungseon:
Judging from our progress, it looks that we may not need to
have my visit at Osaka during 2021.
Thus only one visit next Spring 2022 should be
taken into your evaluation of my proposal.
I also wonder the visit will be 2022, and may not be
considered in 2021. If this is the case, I perhaps should
withdraw my proposal and re-submit in 2022 ?
