[Vetroc_daq_sbs] Updated DAQ Instructions

Hi All,

I've finished the most recent update of the GRINCH DAQ instructions. The
mot important things added are the cable map section (10) which shows how
to wire everything for the VETROC DAQ and has lots of pictures and the data
flow section (9) which explains how the data flows through the DAQ to CODA.
As always let me know if you see errors, omissions, or have suggestions for
improvement. I'm sure I'll continue to modify this document for a while
yet.
