[Vetroc_daq_sbs] addendum

I might have this wrong, but what I recall is the the VETROC works with LVDS signals directly from NINO
and the main reason for LVDS->ECL is to be able to look at the signals other ways.  Would ECL also work
in the VETROC ?  I sort of doubt it, but Ben may know better.  Were you not running with NINO signals ?
If it were me, I would naively try the LVDS and see if a signal shows up.  Sorry my memory after 1.5 years
may be foggy.
