This is the last registration and volunteer reminder for the Wednesday, 
April 25, Jefferson Activities Group annual Run-A-Round scheduled for 
Wednesday, April 25. This message also provides information to 
participants and non-participants regarding temporary road and parking 
lot closures during the event, as well as event timeline reminders.

All volunteers are reminded to attend the Volunteer Meeting in the CEBAF 
Center auditorium on Tuesday, April 24, at 3 p.m. Volunteers, who don't 
run/walk, will get their T-shirt ticket from a JAG committee member when 
they report for their volunteer tasking.

-- Please register online through 5 p.m. Tuesday, April 24, on the JAG 
webpage:  http://www.jlab.org/intralab/committees/jag/
Online registration is required for race awards eligibility.

-- Late (Race Day) Registration is available Wednesday, April 25, from 9 
a.m - 2:30 p.m. in the CEBAF Center Lobby.

-- Pre-Registered participants should pick up their bibs in the CEBAF 
Center lobby during this time.

-- Debut of JLab 2012 T-shirt: 3 p.m. in the CEBAF Center Circle.

-- Run-A-Round begins promptly at 3:15 p.m. Start line on Kelvin Drive 
(heading east) in front of CEBAF Center Circle.

-- At the end of the race, Staff and Users may turn in their Run-A-Round 
bibs at the T-shirt distribution tent for a 2012 JLab T-shirt.

-- 3:45 p.m. - 6 p.m.: Food and beverages on the field behind the SURA 
Residence Facility.
    Race Awards will be announced by 4:45 p.m.

*Run-A-Round Will Temporarily Close Some JLab Roads and Parking Lots*
Please be aware that during the Run-A-Round (3 - 4 p.m.), some roads and 
parking lots on the JLab campus will be closed temporarily to traffic 
for runner/walker safety. JLab's main entrance (Lawrence Drive), much of 
Lawrence Drive, and all of Hofstadter Road, Rutherford Road, and Pauli 
Drive and Kelvin Drive will be closed during the race.

The main CEBAF Center parking lot will be closed as will the VARC 
parking lots and a portion of the large ARC lots (across Hofstadter 
Road).  A JLab Site Plan map is attached to this message.

If you will need to leave JLab during this time, please park your 
vehicle, before 3 p.m., in the small lot directly in front of the ARC, 
or in the EEL (Bldg. 90) parking lot. Vehicles at the ARC will be able 
to depart via Lawrence and Hogan. Vehicles parked at the EEL will be 
able to depart via Hadron/Rattley to Hogan.

As walkers clear portions of the course, those sections of road will be 
re-opened to traffic.

Family members participating in the event are asked to arrive at the lab 
before 2:45 p.m. so they can park in the main CEBAF Center lot (east 
side of CEBAF Center) in advance of roads and parking lots being closed 
for the race.

Parking at the SURA Residence Facility is only for registered Res. 
Facility guests. Vehicles aren't permitted to park along the lane just 
east of the Res. Facility.

If you have a JLab badge, please wear it to the event. If you are an 
adult family member, please carry photo ID.
