The JAG's annual Run-A-Round takes place tomorrow (Wednesday, May 22). 
This message provides information to participants and non-participants 
regarding temporary road and parking lot closures during the event, 
timeline reminders, a T-shirt announcement, and locations for the picnic 
and shirt distribution.

*Timeline*
- Late Registration: 8:40 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in the CEBAF Center 
lobby (late registrants ineligible for awards).

- Pre-registered participants: Pick up your bibs in the CEBAF Center 
lobby between 8:40 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.

- Debut of JLab 2013 T-shirt: 3 p.m. in the CEBAF Center Circle.

- Run-A-Round: Begins promptly at 3:15 p.m. Starting line on Kelvin 
Drive (heading east) in front of CEBAF Center Circle.

- At the end of the race, Staff and Users may turn in the T-shirt tag 
w/sticker on their race bibs at the T-shirt distribution tent for a 2013 
JLab T-shirt.  Due to the wet field conditions, T-shirt distribution 
will be adjacent to the Finish Line.

- 3:45 - 6 p.m.: Food and beverages at the SURA Residence Facility 
Parking Lot.  Use the crosswalk and sidewalk to get to the SURA Res. 
Facility Parking Lot.  Race awards will be announced by 4:45 p.m.

*Run-A-Round to Temporarily Close Some JLab Roads and Parking Lots*
During the Run-A-Round (3 - 4 p.m.), some roads and parking lots on the 
JLab campus will be closed temporarily to traffic for runner/walker 
safety. JLab's main entrance (Lawrence Dr.), much of Lawrence Drive, and 
all of Hofstadter Road, Rutherford Road, and Pauli Drive and Kelvin 
Drive will be closed during the race.

The CEBAF Center parking lots will be closed during the race as will the 
Support Service Center (Bldg. 28) parking lots and a portion of the ARC 
lots (south of Hofstadter Road). This means your won't be able to access 
these lots or move your vehicle in or out of these lots during the 
run/walk (3 - 4 p.m.).

If you will need to leave JLab between 3 and 4 p.m., please park before 
3 p.m., in the small lot directly in front of the ARC, or in the EEL 
(Bldg. 90) parking lot. Vehicles at the ARC will be able to depart via 
Lawrence and Hogan. Vehicles parked at the EEL will be able to depart 
via Hadron/Rattley to Hogan.

As walkers/strollers clear portions of the course, especially 
roads/parking lots adjacent to the ARC, those sections will be re-opened 
to traffic.

Family members participating in the event are asked to arrive at the lab 
before 2:45 p.m. so they can park in the main CEBAF Center lot (east of 
CEBAF Center) in advance of roads and parking lots being closed for the 
race.

No parking will be allowed at the SURA Residence Facility, nor on Hadron 
or Rattley roads.

All golf carts must be removed from the CEBAF Center Circle no later 
than 2:30 p.m. race day.

*T-Shirt Availability Notice*
To best meet T-shirt sizing needs, JAG is ordering the 2013 T-shirts in 
two batches. If JAG runs out of the size you want, please add your name 
to the order list that will be available at the T-shirt distribution 
tent. Your T-shirt will be delivered to you within the next few weeks.

If you would like to buy T-shirts for yourself, family or friends, you 
may also sign this T-shirt order list and indicate the desired sizes. 
T-shirts may be purchased for $7 each. T-shirts may be ordered in any 
size from small through 5 extra-large (S -- 5XL).

If you have a JLab badge, please wear it to the event. If you are an 
adult family member, please carry photo ID.
