This is the Last Call for Jefferson Lab Open House Volunteers, and for 
Open House Posters to be printed by Document Control and any other 
materials to be printed by the Copy Center. This message also provides 
access to Open House training and general orientation information posted 
online.

*Volunteers Still Needed*
Jefferson Lab’s Open House is scheduled for Saturday, April 30. The Open 
House is the lab’s most important and largest public outreach effort. 
The key to the event's success is our volunteers. Many volunteer 
positions have been filled, but we still need help on April 30. 
Non-exempt employees will be paid, with advance approval from their

*Volunteer Training and Information Sessions Scheduled*
There will be three general training and information sessions offered 
for volunteers who miss the session scheduled for their area or who 
aren't scheduled for an area-specific orientation. During these 
sessions, volunteers receive their T-shirt, communications card, parking 
pass and important event information.  These training will be held in 
the CEBAF Center auditorium on:
-Monday, April 25, at 9 a.m.
-Monday, April 25, at 3 p.m.
-Tuesday, April 26 at 1:30 p.m.

All open house volunteers must attend their area-specific training (if 
offered) or one of these general training sessions. (Exception: Family 
members volunteering may be briefed by their JLab sponsor. Their JLab 
sponsor is responsible for picking up their T-shirts and other 
materials, and sharing pertinent information.)

*Last Call and Deadline for Open House Posters Being Printed by Document 
Control*
Open House posters to be printed and/or mounted by Document Control must 
be sent to Document Control staff no later than 4 p.m. on Friday, April 
22. Document Control is located on the second floor of the ARC building.

*Last Call and Deadline for Open House Materials Being Printed by the 
Copy Center*
Any handout materials, small posters, labels and other printed material 
for the Open House that will be printed by the Copy Center must be sent 
to the Copy Center no later than 12 p.m.-noon on Monday, April 25. The 
Copy Center is located in Room F114 in CEBAF Center.
