[All_staff] Voluntary Separation Program - Meeting Reminder This Afternoon

Dear Colleagues:

As a follow up to Mont's email earlier this week announcing plans to 
implement a Voluntary Separation Program (VSP), this is a reminder that 
today we will be conducting three all staff meetings to discuss the 
details  of the VSP.  All employees are encouraged to attend their 
designated session this afternoon to learn more about the VSP so that 
informed decisions can be made.



Sessions will be held today, Thursday, June 28 in the CEBAF Center 
auditorium from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

·Those with last names beginning with *A through F* are to attend the 
*1:00 p.m. *session

·Those with last names beginning with *G through N* are to attend 
the*2:15 p.m.* session

·Those with last names beginning with *O through Z *are to attend the 
*3:30 p.m.* session


  If for work-related reasons you are unable to attend your scheduled 
meeting, please attend another.
