[All_staff] Annual Traveler Briefing

This is a reminder that the Annual Traveler Briefing will be held today, January 27, at 10 a.m. in CEBAF Center room F113 . Topics covered will include those proposed by JLab travelers, as well as new travel requirements imposed by DOE and the State Department. Ted Peshehonoff, JLab Subcontracting Officer, will present an alternative cell phone option for foreign travel. Agenda items include: pre-travel authorization, approved modes of transportation, new DOE conference attendance guidance, changes to foreign country clearance requirements, expediting expense report reimbursements and notifications.
