[Bteam] g9

Attached is a doc file with an Optim plot showing 4045 MeV beam size 
(perfect adiabatic damping) with the optics for coherent bremsstralung 
which I propose we use for all of the g9 run.

The blue box at the left is the last dipole.  Quads following it are 
2C20, 2C21 and 2C21A, Moller quads, final triplet.

Beam sizes at harps 2C21 and 2C24 are close to equal because the minimum 
is midway between them.

My infamous "hall D behind B" TN 
http://tnweb.jlab.org/tn/2004/04-033.pdf shows a rework of the Hall B 
line which allows for a full quadruplet before the goniometer and moving 
the alpha = 0 location to anywhere in the hall and dump tunnel.
