Hi BTeamers,

These are meeting notes from the Thu 1 Sep BTeam meeting. There will be a
meeting today at 11 AM in MCC to get input on Yan's low-energy injector
startup ATLis, add future agenda items, discuss the CASA liason list for
startup items, and perhaps start identifying team members to associate
with important items of the risk table. Comments, suggestions, and input
are always welcome. Cheers!

                                                 -Todd

     - Critical-path schedule-affecting RadCon analysis is due mid-September

(*) Low energy injector setup development
     - Yan is working on a 22.5/20/16.875 MeV low energy injector setup for BBU
     - BBU threshold current reach benefits quadratically from injector energy
     - Have gotten input from Jay/Reza so far, will iterate next BTeam meeting
     - ATLis task 11435: https://cebaf.jlab.org/atlis/task/11435

(*) CASA is assembling a list of operations items with CASA liasons
     - Geoff/Todd will present at future BTeam meeting
     - Will be tracked/reported at CASA and BTeam meetings

(*) Jay notes that the 30Hz correctors have not been changed out yet
     - Jay will follow up on the ATLis; some model/songsheet issues
     - Arne recommends addition of an ATLis checkbox for model implications
     - Future discussion will be scheduled for BTeam

(*) Jay notes that Qweak parity quality DAQ may not be available early
     - But may be necessary for injector parity quality development
     - Has been pressure to integrate DAQ more to experiment side
     - Paul King is Qweak contact on this development; invite to future BTeam

(*) Additional future agenda items
     - Ops efficiency improvements for upcoming run
       * There will be a very strong push towards high uptime/availability
     - Beam study weekly schedule/timing, combine with spot moves? (Todd/Matt)
     - Beam study/optics on call machine diagnosis/evaluation (Todd/MikeMc/Alicia)
     - BTeam website, Wiki, interaction with Optics (MikeMc/Todd)
     - MO ops procedure followup (Tief)
     - Plan for model improvement iterations (Michele/Yves/etc)
     - Quarter cryo decoupling (Yves/Vasiliy)
