[Bteam] Beam Studies

The proposed beam studies plan for Wednesday Feb 8th is below.   Note 
that at Step 5  in the M56 test the beam will be contained in the 
injector for about 2hours.  At this point Drury and C100 team can 
perform their tests on the C100 (rad monitoring without beam).

At the end of the M56 test, the PEPPo magnet test will take place.   
This is a quick test to see if the PEPPo magnets have enough fringe 
field to move the injector beam.

There is also an unlisted  item of changing the RF configuration during 
restoration.  The change will consist turning both C100 modules on at 
some yet to be specified gradient.
