1.1 Update 1:
?????????????

   Significant progress over the weekend.  5.5pass CEBAF is a reality.
   Scaling to 950MeV/linac started on Saturday.  Some self-immolation on
   Saturday, scaling the corners not the best thing to do.  By Sunday
   afternoon, ORFP of the 950MeV/linac was proceeding smoothly.  Beam to
   6R, ORFP complete to 5R.  Then the wall, multiple hardware issues took
   CEBAF offline for about 12h.


   Today, at present, the Hall-D PSS certifications are underway.  It is
   hoped that the ORFP of the 950MeV/linac configuration can get back on
   track on Swing/Owl tonight.

   Notable items:
   ? start with the "corners" on design and tweak from there.  If corners
     are not on design when beam first traverses an arc, put them there.
   ? Use CMPQ to verify dipoles are at or near design
   ? Pathlength, dispersion, courant snyder
