[BTeam] Fall Sequence

As stated at the B-team meeting, Mike has created a spread-sheet that 
has the sequence of beam task for this fall run.   The read-only version 
can be found here:

Please look this over and provide feedback and make note of and prepare 
for any tasks that you've been attached to.

Nominal beam operations start the evening of Monday Nov. 9th, but the 
week preceding this will also see tasks that are a critical part of the 
Fall program.  These "pre-beam" activities can be found at:
