Colleagues,
In discussion with Cryo the following adjustments to the Fall schedule
are proposed. The highlights are:
1. CC1 repair complete and South linac at 2K by Fri. Nov. 6th
1. This assumes an easy fix.
2. CEBAF 12GeV Spin-up
1. Start date remains Nov. 9th
2. Beam operations will have a short break while the South linac RF
system is optimized.
3. CEBAF Plan still maintains almost a week of contingency (147h)
3. CEBAF Beam operations over Thanksgiving.
1. CEBAF will be placed in Hot Stand By mode Wednesday evening to
Friday morning
2. Beam Operations resume Black Friday and continue through to Dec.
21st
1. Original plan had beam off Wed morning and resuming the
evening of Tues Dec 01
4. LERF Restart will take place during the break in CEBAF Operations
for South linac RF optimization
1. LERF restart is from Nov 14th to Nov 22
2. LERF Restart plan has been stripped of contingency
3. Opportunistic LERF operations prior to Nov. 14th are being explored.
The image below is a whiteboard interpretation of the new schedule.

new information. Please forward to anyone who would benefit from this
information.
