[Clas12_calcom] preliminary agenda for Commissioning Review

Dear All,
based on the discussion we had at the CalCom meeting on Friday, we 
updated the agenda for the commissioning review (see 
http://www.jlab.org/Hall-B/secure/clas12/reviews/calcom14/) and we 
revised the proposed talks outlines that were shown at the meeting (see 
the attachment).
The last page of the attachment shows the workplan we propose to follow 
in preparation for the review.
This is also summarized below:
1- *Dec. 17-19*: talk draft or extended outlines available to be 
discussed at CalCom meeting,
2- *Jan. 7-8*: complete talks are available; conference call to review 
the talk content and first dry runs,
3- *Jan. 12*: final dry runs.
(note that the review web page was made available to the reviewers today).

Since some of the relevant people may not be available for the CalCom 
meeting scheduled for the December 19, I created a doodle to check 
whether we could schedule a meeting to discuss the talk draft or 
extended outlines in a different day of the same week: you can find the

and we will try to find a suitable time.
