[Clas12_calcom] preliminary agenda for Commissioning Review

Dear All,
I just wanted to remind you to fill the doodle for the CalCom meeting 
next week to review the first drafts of the commissioning review talks.
You can find the poll at http://doodle.com/kvwrgidr84rxeuvy
If we don't converge on a good time, we may keep the usual one, i.e. 
Friday 19 at 10 am EST.
