[Clas12_calcom] preliminary agenda for Commissioning Review

Dear All,
based on the preferences recorded in the doodle, it seems the best
option is still Friday 19 at 10 am EST. I would like therefore to
confirm the meeting for that time. Bluejeans instructions are given below.
The meeting will be focused on reviewing the draft of the talks for the
commissioning-with-beam review, to check their structure and content and
ensure they altogether provide the appropriate information and level of
