Dear All,
first of all, I would like to wish you all a happy new year!
Since the day of the commissioning review approaches, it is time to
finalize the schedule of the phone meetings to review the talk drafts
(see the message below). Since the number of talks has increased, we
will probably have more than one meeting during this week, including the
regular CalCom meeting on Friday Jan 9 at 10 am EST.
To fix the other meetings time, *I would like to ask all the review
speakers to fill the doodle at **http://doodle.com/cewf543ai2736tpm **as
soon as possible. *
Based on the speakers availability we will define an agenda for each
phone meeting to ensure we will have enough time to go through all the
talks and check they all fit together well.
**
Note that the doodle time range has been extended to include the late
morning of Wednesday; therefore I would like to ask also Volker and Dan
who already filled the doodle to check the poll again and give their
availability for the extra time slots.
Best regards,
Raffaella
