[Clas12_first_exp] No Run Coordinator Meeting Today

Folks,

We had no beam in the hall overnight and are still waiting for the machine. 
Since my email yesterday, the accelerator folks did try to extract beam to 
Hall C at 4th pass, but the results were mixed and the machine had several 
lengthy down times due to various hardware problems. In addition, they have 
not yet begun setup of fifth pass beam to us and to Hall D. The Program Deputy 
is confident, based on my discussions with him this morning, that beam delivery
too Hall B will begin at some point today. However, given where the machine
setup presently is, beam in our line is still some ways off.

Given the current status, there will be no Run Coordinator meeting this afternoon.
I will sent out email tomorrow with a status update and plans for our next
meeting. If you have any questions, let me know.
