[Clas12_photon] FT meeting next week

Dear all,
as you probably  know we will have the FT session next Wednesday from 
9:30 to 12:00 in F224/225.

Let me know if you want to have a slot beside the scheduled talks ( I 
can easily rearrange the allocated time)
In particular I need the  confirmation from:
- Edinburgh for the veto counter update
- Adam: we should summarize what we did so far and define how to proceed 
from now to the PAC submission and the long-range plan
