Zhiwen,
The possible reason that we have more empty skim files in the 6213 run data is the different
triggers decompositions. We have more muons triggers now that have no electrons.

    But I do see there are many such files in the skimmed folder
    /w/hallb-scifs17exp/clas12/rg-b/production/recon/pass0/v1/skim/006213

    A quick check on one of them "skim-e_mon_clas_006213.evio.00000.hipo"
    shows it has no tracks satisfy the skim-e condition
    (pid==1 && 2000<status<3000) in REC::Particle or RECHB::Particle bank
    So it's an empty skim file

    The previous trigger test run 6155 doesn't have many empty files
    /w/hallb-scifs17exp/clas12/rg-b/production/recon/pass0/v1/skim/006155
