[Clas12_rgb] cooking status update

Dear All

Another update

I changed  decoded files location from cache to work disk for better 
disk io response.
Newly decoded files are on cache directly, old files on work are being 
moved over
The reconstructed files are still at the usual location on work disk

The file table records cooking conditions
