[Clas12_rgb] RGB meeting tomorrow (2/22), tentative agenda

Dear Silvia,

I agree with Valery, we have not taken yet any significant amount of 
data and time is very short to change to outbending setting and test 
triggers. We should leave outbanding run for the fall-winter part of RG-B.
